He insisted that the team is on course and that its important to get the best of results in upcoming matches within the next 2 months.
Positive
The balance of the team is positive in all three competitions.
In the league, which is the main competition,we are in a good position. In the Europa League, the next two matches are Vital and we must not lose either.
Regarding the Copa Del Rey, we have qualified for the next round.
What is the most important is that we qualify for the Champions League and go as far as possible in the other competitions.
The International Break
I think the break might come in handy for the rest of the team physically and Mentally.
December and January – The Key
The coming months of December and January are key because we play many important matches so we must be prepared as best as possible.
Defence
We know its part of the game.
Its true that we must strengthen the defense while we lose little offensively.

This is the first week that Fernandez has fully trained with the team without any problems. We are optimistic about his return.
Winter Transfer Window
We have not made any decisions yet.We believe there is still time.
The Mestalla
We are a bit worried about the state of the Mestalla because its not okay.
We need a pitch where the players are comfortable and they can play well.
Baraja
Baraja trained well today.
Vicente and Nacho Gonzalez
The doctor is taking care of Vicente.Nacho is not fully fit
The Internationals
We cwill consider the number of minutes played by those on international duty so that there will be regulation and no overload on the players.

The Argentine knows that the team is more important than the individual, and has adjusted his game accordingly…
Valencia midfielder Ever Banega has revealed his disappointment at missing out on the Argentina squad again, declaring that he will continue to work hard with los Che in order to persuade Diego Maradona that he can perform to an international standard.
The 21-year-old told AS that he thought “the chance had come to be able to play” for Argentina against Spain this weekend, but he was disappointed to learn that Maradona looked to other options instead.
Nonetheless, he feels that his game has improved this season as he looks to “win the ball back and quickly give it to those up front” in order to start counterattacks.
Banega is happy in his role of “helping the defence” and insists that he is not “uncomfortable” adopting a more withdrawn role. This is largely down to his belief that he is in the team “to help the collective, which comes before the individual”.
The Argentine has featured on a regular basis for los Che this season, and is the only player apart from Juan Mata who has started all ten league fixtures

In a bid to keep the star happy he has been given more money. However, the other terms of his contract have been frozen…
Valencia starlet Juan Mata has penned a new deal with the club, which will see his salary rise in an attempt to keep him happy at the Mestalla.
Los Che are well aware that a large bid for any of their stars would be difficult to resist, but they are determined to try and keep them from being tempted to actively seek a transfer.
Mata was one of the lowest paid members of Unai Emery’s squad under the previous terms of his agreement, and that was beginning to cause some concern.
Now his father and agent, Juan Manuel Mata, has negotiated a new contract that sees his son’s pay increase. However, the expiry date of the deal – 2012- has not altered.
The buy-out clause also stays the same, with a release triggered by a bid of €90 million.
“This is the price for the excellent two seasons that the kid has enjoyed developing at the club,” Mata’s dad was quoted as saying by AS.
“We are satisfied after the last meeting.”
Mata joined Valencia in 2007 after being allowed to leave the Santiago Bernabeu having risen through Real Madrid’s youth team ranks.
Now having progressed from the Under-21 side to the full team at international level, the 21-year-old is seen as one of the league’s best young forwards
